Welcome to our award winning luxury self catering cottages in Cheshire just 10 minutes from the historic city of Chester. The Courtyard Cheshire has two perfect locations, in the village of Helsby and the medieval market town of Frodsham and both are great to explore the North West of England and experience Chester, Cheshire, Liverpool, Manchester and North Wales.

We are close to Chester Zoo, Chester Racecourse, Oulton Park, Cheshire Oaks and the largest Marks & Spencer store in the UK. The Courtyard Helsby won the Best Self Catering in Cheshire Award 2010/2011 for Visit Cheshire and was a finalist for the North West Enjoy England awards.

Our five cottages sleep between 2-7 guests and the flexible arrival days allow you to plan a perfect short break, ideal for leisure or business. Our accommodation is the ideal alternative for people staying away on business who want greater flexibility than is offered by a hotel room with the option to cook for yourself or use the local takeaways, pubs and restaurants in the area.

The Courtyard is located to major areas of business and perfect for people working on The Mersey Gateway Project, Chester, The Heath Business Park at Runcorn, Daresbury Science and Innovation Centre and Deeside Business Parks all within a 10-20 minute drive.

Oulton Park, just 15 minutes from The Courtyard, celebrates it's 60th anniversary this year and is also the Chris Evan's chosen venue for Car Fest North between 2-4 August 2013 - if you have a special a car bring it with you and stay at The Courtyard and enjoy the live music and other car events at Car Fest North!

We offer a personal touch to self catering and are nearby to offer help and advice, should you need it. All we ask is that you stay a minimum of 2 nights.
